We did indeed make a batch of fried green tomatoes, and they were good, once we got the right amount of salt to batter to tomato ratio down. The problem with making a batch of fried green tomatoes is that then you find yourself, you know, eating a batch of fried green tomatoes. The whole batch. Not the healthiest of pastimes, cornmeal notwithstanding! We got our recipe from the latest issue of Real Simple magazine.
Three weeks of class down, one more to go for this term. Stunning, really. I am shocked at how ridiculous it is to try to teach English 101 so quickly and will not miss it.
Tired of Photoshop? Don't know how to use Photoshop? Too cheap and to aware of your past failures to commit to some other software? Look at all the free options out there to use instead!
